Announcement of Zhongji Vehicles: Shareholders Shanghai Taifu and Taizhou Taifu will reduce their holdings by a total of 24.8935 million shares through centralized bidding and bulk trading from July 4, 2025 to September 17, 2025, with a reduction ratio of 1.328272%. Among them, 18.7412 million shares will be reduced through bidding at a price range of 9.06 yuan/share to 9.45 yuan/share, and 6.1522 million shares will be reduced through bulk trading at a price range of 8.44 yuan/share to 8.5 yuan/share. After the reduction, the total holdings will be 93.7061 million shares, accounting for 4.999995% of the total share capital, which is less than 5%.
