The company plans to jointly invest with Guangdong Tianhu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Sanshi Commercial Investment Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Zhongda Xiang Mold Plastic Co., Ltd., Cao Jinfang, Ye Xintang, Feng Rufang, and Guan Jiefeng in Guangzhou Tianwei Venture Capital Fund Limited Partnership. Tianwei Fund plans to raise funds of RMB 22.01 million, with Han Yu Group as a limited partner subscribing for RMB 10 million with its own funds, accounting for 45.43% of the total contribution.
