On September 18th, S&P Global announced a strategic partnership with Alibaba Group's technology company Alibaba Cloud, marking the first time that S&P Global's AI-ready data for commodities is being introduced into China. Starting from August 31st, Chinese customers can access commodity data covering energy, metals, chemicals, and agriculture sectors more directly through Alibaba Cloud's object storage service. This data can seamlessly integrate with Alibaba Cloud's analytics services and AI engine, including the Taoyi Qianwen language model.
