Zhongtong Finance APP News, Bank of Communications (03328.HK) announced that Tan Jidong (Deputy Chief Executive of the Hong Kong branch of the Bank) replaced Zhu Bin and was appointed as the authorized representative of the Bank in Hong Kong to accept legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the Bank, in accordance with Rule 19A.13 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from September 18, 2025.
