According to the latest survey by TrendForce, in response to AMD's upcoming launch of the MI450 Helios platform in 2026, Nvidia is actively requesting key components suppliers for the Vera Rubin server rack to increase product specifications, including raising the Speed per Pin of HBM4 to 10Gbps. While there are still variables as to whether the specifications can be increased, it is expected that SK Hynix will maintain its position as the largest supplier in the early stages of HBM4 mass production.
