As of the announcement date, the actual amount guaranteed, including this guarantee, is 20 million yuan. The total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries is 838 million yuan, accounting for 0.45% of the latest audited net assets without any overdue guarantees. This guarantee does not need to be reviewed by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting within the expected amount set in the previous period. Sanming Haizhong Environmental Protection has good creditworthiness and guarantee risks are controllable.
