Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. announced that its subsidiary Anhui Haizhong Environmental Protection provided a full joint and several guarantee for Fujian Sanming Haizhong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.'s 10 million yuan loan from the Qingliu Branch of Construction Bank, with a loan term of 1 year. As of the announcement date, including this guarantee, the actual balance of guarantees is 20 million yuan. The total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries is 838 million yuan, accounting for 0.45% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the previously estimated amount and does not require further approval from the board of directors or shareholders' meeting. Sanming Haizhong Environmental Protection has a good credit rating and the guarantee risk is controllable.
