On September 18, Auri announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation report from the non-independent director Li Jinliang. Due to job adjustments, Li Jinliang applied to resign from the position of non-independent director of the third board of directors of the company. After resigning, Li Jinliang will continue to serve as the executive director of Auri's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Auri Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Li Jinliang's resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the company.
