On September 16, China Shipbuilding Group's China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Limited exchanged shares to absorb and merge the shares of China Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Corporation Limited, listing them on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. CITIC Securities served as the independent financial advisor for the target company, China Heavy Industry, in this project.
