On September 18, 2025, Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Tourism Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that due to the decision of its affiliated company Jiangsu Tianmu Lake Animal Kingdom Tourism Co., Ltd. to terminate the Tianmu Lake Animal Kingdom Cultural and Tourism Complex project, the capital increase and expansion plan approved on August 8, 2024 was also terminated. Tianmu Lake Tourism planned to terminate the increase in capital to the affiliated company by 179.82 million yuan, with the total investment remaining at 199.8 million yuan. This matter has been approved by the fifteenth meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting. The termination of capital increase will not cause significant losses to the company, and will not have a significant adverse impact on its existing business and financial condition. The company will negotiate the settlement of early-stage investments and contract follow-up matters, fulfill its disclosure obligations, and remind investors to pay attention to risks.
