Ruifeng Bank announced in the evening of September 17th that its shareholder, Antu Automobile, reduced its holdings of Ruifeng Bank shares by 4.0883 million shares on September 16th, accounting for 0.21% of the total share capital of the bank. After this equity change, Antu Automobile and its concerted parties collectively hold a reduced percentage of the bank's shares from 6.10% to 5.89%.
