Tiancheng Technology's subsidiary, Guangdong Tiancheng Chemical Co., Ltd., held a groundbreaking ceremony for the high-end wet electronic chemicals project in Zhuhai. Once completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of high-end specialty electronic chemicals, including plating additives, new generation high reliability horizontal copper plating, ABF carrier board de-gluing copper plating, copper surface treatment agents, browning agents, photoresist stripping agents, etc., required in multiple fields such as integrated circuits, display panels, new energy, glass substrates, and PCBs.
