Greenmei: Signed a memorandum of understanding with ASCEND ELEMENTS of the United States.

Gelinmei announced that the company has signed a memorandum of understanding with the American company ASCEND ELEMENTS. Both parties have decided to combine their advantages in geopolitical relations, resources, capital, technology, and operational management, to build a leading power lithium battery recycling industry system in Europe. This includes cooperation in the construction of a leading power lithium battery recycling system, dismantling and black powder manufacturing system, lithium-nickel-cobalt resource utilization and battery material remanufacturing industry system in Europe, to serve the development of the full life cycle value chain of new energy in Europe. The two companies will also actively explore the possibility of cooperating in advancing lithium-ion battery recycling and engineering battery material production in the United States, in order to promote the implementation of global battery passports and the green development of new energy.
