Among them, 71,000 units were residential properties, with the proportion of second auction transactions reaching 48.4%. The higher the urban energy level, the higher the clearance rate. Compared to the same period in 2024, the total number of various types of judicial auctioned properties listed for auction was 504,000 units, with approximately 109,000 units sold, a clearance rate of 21.6%, and a total transaction amount of 208.55 billion yuan.
