Recently, Disney's Explorer Cruise has delayed some voyages. Ctrip announced today that it will provide free rescheduling or full cancellation services for eligible related flight and hotel bookings, with any corresponding losses being borne by the platform. This guarantee plan is applicable to Ctrip cruise customers affected by the delayed operation of the Disney Explorer Cruise. Ctrip will guarantee flight and hotel bookings to and from Singapore for affected customers within 7 days before and after the original itinerary through the Ctrip platform. Ctrip is working with Disney Cruise Line to advance the related refund process, which is expected to be implemented within the week.
