The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, delivered a new policy address at the Legislative Council of Hong Kong today. Lam stated that Hong Kong will accelerate the development of the "Hydrogen Energy Bay Area Corridor" with Guangdong Province.
