Lepop Group: Establishes new subsidiary in Japan for strategic business development.

On September 17th, Ling Bang Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has established a new subsidiary, Medialink Japan Co., Ltd., in Japan on August 8, 2025. This new subsidiary will expand the group's intellectual property ecosystem by exploring the following opportunities: mergers or strategic investments in Japanese intellectual property-related companies; joint investments in Japanese intellectual property; and establishing strategic partnerships with Japanese intellectual property owners and licensors. The new subsidiary will enhance the company's revenue sources by introducing a wider variety of non-Japanese intellectual property into the Japanese market.
