Chinese independent insurance AI technology company Nuowa Insight goes public in Hong Kong

On September 16th, Nuwa Insights Technology Co., Ltd., one of the largest independent AI technology companies in the Chinese insurance industry, officially submitted its application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The prospectus disclosed that as of the end of 2024, Nuwa Technology's solutions had been adopted by over 90 insurance companies. By the first half of 2025, Nuwa Technology had handled over 200 million cases of underwriting reviews and claims investigations. The financial reports show that from 2022 to 2024, the company achieved operating revenues of 340 million yuan, 650 million yuan, and 940 million yuan respectively, with a compound annual growth rate of 65.5%; during the same period, the company incurred net losses of 223 million yuan, 240 million yuan, and 155 million yuan respectively.
