The petitioner in the petition seeks the repayment of the outstanding principal and accrued interest under a loan agreement signed on November 29, 2018, totaling approximately HK$7.4102 million. The petition will be heard in the High Court on November 19, 2025. The company is currently seeking legal advice to determine the next course of action and possible legal measures to protect the interests of the company and other stakeholders.
