Zhijing Finance and Economics APP News, Saiwei Era (301381.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder Qingcheng Zhongteng Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Zhongteng Investment") plans to reduce the company's shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after the date of this announcement, not more than 12.1037 million shares in total, accounting for no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.
