Bank of America survey: Pound sterling is the most overvalued currency in nearly a decade.

According to the September global fund manager survey by Bank of America, the British pound is considered the most overvalued currency in nearly a decade. The survey results show that currently 12% of investors believe the pound is overvalued, a significant increase from just 3% a month ago who believed it was undervalued, indicating a notable reversal in valuation expectations. This means that the pound's current overvaluation has reached its peak since December 2015. Data from the London Stock Exchange Group shows that as of this month, the pound has increased by about 1% against the US dollar; so far this year, the pound has accumulated a total increase of 9% against the US dollar.
