According to the information from the Wise Financial APP, XinBao Global Holdings (00723) announced that on September 16, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Reliance Global Capital signed a joint venture agreement with AZIO, Hong Kong Innovation and MegaLink. The parties agreed to establish a joint venture company to develop and operate forestry robot-related businesses.
