Shenghe Resources: Shenghe Singapore's acquisition of shares in Pic companies has been approved by the shareholders' meeting of Pic companies.

Shenghe Resources announced that the acquisition agreement signed between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ganzhou Morning Light Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd., and Peak Rare Earths Limited has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Currently, the acquisition has obtained approval from the Tanzania Mining Commission, but still requires approval from the Tanzania Fair Competition Commission and the Australian court. Peak has scheduled a second court hearing for September 18, 2025.
