On September 16, the High Court of Hong Kong appointed the liquidators of China Evergrande Group as the administrators of the assets of the company's founder, Xu Jiayin, and appointed Keith Ho from the law firm Gallant Y.T. Ho & Co. as the supervising lawyer. The administrators must regularly report to the "supervising lawyer" and respond to all reasonable questions raised by the "supervising lawyer."
