On September 16, the opening ceremony of the "Specialized and Innovative" Special Board in Henan Province and the 2025 Capital Empowerment High-Quality Development Conference for Specialized and Innovative Enterprises was held in Zhengzhou. At the meeting, the "Specialized and Innovative" Special Board in Henan Province was officially opened, with the first batch of 106 companies being listed. The first batch of 106 companies listed come from 15 prefecture-level cities including Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Nanyang, as well as Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Aviation Port Area, covering emerging fields such as high-end manufacturing, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals.
