China Construction Machinery Industry Association: Sales of all types of forklifts reached 118,087 units in August, an increase of 19.4% year-on-year.

According to statistics from the China Construction Machinery Industry Association on the main forklift manufacturing enterprises, in August 2025, a total of 118,087 forklifts of various types were sold, an increase of 19.4% compared to the same period last year. Of these, 70,174 were sold domestically, a year-on-year increase of 19.3%; while 47,913 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%. From January to August 2025, a total of 976,026 forklifts were sold, an increase of 12.9% compared to the same period last year. Of these, 616,256 were sold domestically, an increase of 11.3%; and 359,770 were exported, an increase of 15.7%.
