On July 16, 2025, Fendate Technology's controlling shareholder and actual controller Xiao Fen signed a "Pledge Stock Disposal Agreement" with Shenzhen Guarantee Group, transferring 24,810,000 shares of the company's stock at a price of 4.84 yuan per share to Shenzhen Guarantee. The transfer registration procedures have been completed recently. The effective date of the equity change is September 12, and after the change, Xiao Fen's holdings have decreased to 323,892,663 shares, accounting for 18.05% of the total share capital. This change is not a breach of commitment, and there is no violation or restricted voting rights situation. The company issued a relevant announcement on September 16.
