On September 15th, Geek+ Intelligence held a special shareholders' meeting. Shareholders voted in favor of multiple proposals, including the merger agreement and merger plan signed with Geely Automotive Holdings Limited on July 15, 2025. The merger agreement was approved with a 94.2% approval vote. After the merger is completed, Geek+ Technology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely Automotive and will no longer be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
