Robotic : Elects Dai Jun as Chairman

Robotech announced that the first meeting of the fourth board of directors was held on September 15, 2025. At the meeting, Dai Jun was elected as the chairman of the board for a term of three years. At the same time, Dai Jun was appointed as the CEO of the company, Li Weibin as the Vice President, Liu Yang as the Chief Financial Officer, and Li Liangyu as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, all for a term of three years.
