Zhenghai Magnet announced on the evening of September 15 that September 16 is the last trading day for "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds"; on that day, "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds" will be referred to as "Zhai Convertible Bonds"; after the market closes on September 16, trading of "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds" will be suspended. Before the market closes on September 19, investors holding "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds" can still convert them into stocks. After the market closes on September 19, "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds" that have not been converted will no longer be convertible, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.50 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face investment losses. Bondholders who convert into stocks will need to activate trading privileges on the Growth Enterprise Market. Investors who do not meet the suitability requirements for Growth Enterprise Market stocks will not be able to convert their "Zhenghai Convertible Bonds" into stocks; investors are advised to pay attention to the risks of not being able to convert into stocks.
