According to the Qichacha mobile app, recently, Guangdong Sui Kai Sen Te New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Yihua as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; research and development of new materials technologies; solar power generation technical services; photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing; sales of power electronic components, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Senten Group.
