Hong Kong corporate uniform supplier Angie Holdings applies to list on US stock exchange, aiming to raise $8 million.
According to the finance and economics app Finet, Hong Kong-based corporate uniform supplier Angie Holdings submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday. The company plans to issue 1.5 million shares of stock at a price of $4-6 per share to raise up to $8 million. The company plans to list on the Nasdaq.
