Asia Electronic establishes a new technology company that includes AI and robotics business.

According to the QiChaCha app, Shenzhen Yahuayi Hong Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes Internet of Things technology services, research and development of intelligent robots, sales of intelligent robots, integration services for artificial intelligence industry applications systems, and development of artificial intelligence application software. Shareholding information revealed by QiChaCha shows that the company is fully owned by Yahuayi Electronics.
