The plan mentions that, taking technical standards as guidance and breakthroughs in scenario pilot as the main line, it encourages whole vehicle enterprises to strengthen the research and development and after-sales service of V2G models, improve the standards system for vehicular network interaction and the electricity market trading mechanism, and explore new pathways for energy transformation and ensuring electricity supply in super large cities. Ensuring a solid safety bottom line, with safety as the foundation and standardized operation as the premise, strengthen the safety protection capabilities of key links such as power systems, vehicle discharging, and data exchange, improve the full chain safety management system and emergency response mechanism for vehicular network interaction, ensure stable and reliable operation of vehicular network interaction, and provide solid safety support for pilot work.
