The report said that a related email announced that the company will immediately make a "strategic shift" decision to "accelerate the expansion of the team of professional artificial intelligence instructors and prioritize it while reducing focus on general artificial intelligence instructor positions." The report pointed out that xAI wrote in the email, "As part of this focus adjustment, we no longer need most of the general artificial intelligence instructor positions and your employment relationship with xAI will be terminated."
