Anhui province has made it clear that the one-time subsidy of 2000 yuan for the second child and 5000 yuan for the third child will no longer be implemented separately.

On September 11th, the Health Commission of Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, Anhui Province clarified in response to questions regarding the "three-child subsidy" that the one-time family child rearing subsidy system will no longer be implemented separately. In March of this year, the "Qiaocheng District Child Rearing Subsidy Implementation Plan" was announced to the public. According to the plan, Qiaocheng District will provide a one-time subsidy of 2000 yuan for the second child born, and a one-time subsidy of 5000 yuan for the third child born. The conditions for application are that both spouses must have local household registration in the district or one spouse must have local household registration, and the child must be registered in the district. In addition, both spouses must legally register their marriage.
