Guangzhou's three major CBDs ranked among the top 20 in the country, becoming one of the cities with the highest number of selections.

On September 11th, at the 2025 Global Headquarters Economy Conference and China Building Economic Beijing Forum, Guangzhou Changlong Wanhao Business District was first recognized as one of the "Top 20 Headquarters Economic Competitiveness in China". This marks the business district's entry into the top tier of CBDs nationwide in terms of attracting headquarters resources, building headquarters ecosystems, and enhancing economic radiation. Of particular note, Guangzhou City had three major business districts selected in the top 20 nationwide, tying with Beijing for the city with the most entries.
