On September 12, the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration announced the "Regulations on the Management of Tobacco Products in Domestic Duty-free Markets", which stated that new tobacco products such as heated cigarettes and electronic cigarettes are not allowed to be sold in domestic duty-free markets.
