On September 11, 2025, the company's second-level subsidiary, Kshktng Q Dngshng Kungy Yuxin Zrn Gngs (hereinafter referred to as "Dngshng Kungy"), the mining construction contractor Zhejiang Zhngy Jinshtan Yuxin Zrn Gngs (hereinafter referred to as "Zhjing Zhngy") project department, encountered a roof fall accident on the way to the work site. After preliminary investigation, it was found that the accident occurred at about 7 meters from the construction site of the primary haulage roadway 20 line in the Nng Fng Jng 1150 middle section, where a section of rock suddenly fell from the top of the right wall of the roadway that was supported by 5 anchor rods, hitting a worker from the Zhejiang Zhngy project department who was on the right side of the roadway.
