YGM TRADING (00375) plans to sell all issued shares of YGM Retail.

According to the information from the Wisdom Financial APP, YGM TRADING (00375) has announced that on September 1, 2025, the sellers (YGM Limited and Yampa Investments Limited) and the debt sellers have entered into a sale and purchase agreement with the buyer (Xinming Trading) regarding the sale of all issued shares of YGM Retail and the transfer of YGM Retail's payable sale loan, for a total price of HK$34.32 million.
