Zhixin Finance APP News, Zhiyuan New Energy (300985.SZ) announced that Ms. Wang Ran, one of the company's controlling shareholders and acting in concert (one of the actual controllers of the company), holds 35 million shares of the company, accounting for 18.7655% of the total number of shares of the company and 18.8668% of the total number of shares excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase account. Ms. Wang plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares within three months after the announcement disclosure date through centralized bidding by no more than 1% of the total number of the company's shares, which is 185.51 million shares, and by no more than 2% of the total number of the company's shares through block trading, which is 371.02 million shares.
