Yin Du Catering: Non-independent director resigns, elects worker representative as director.

On September 10, 2025, Jiang Xiaolin, non-independent director of Yindu Catering Equipment Co., Ltd., resigned for personal reasons. His original term was until May 5, 2027. After his resignation, he no longer holds any position in the company. His resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors. Jiang Xiaolin has unfulfilled public commitments, including share restrictions and compensation for investor losses. On the same day, the company held a staff representative conference and elected Ms. Zhang Yanjie as the employee representative director of the fifth session of the Board of Directors, with a term until the end of the fifth session of the Board of Directors. Zhang Yanjie is currently the Deputy Chief Engineer of the company and meets the relevant qualifications and conditions for the position.
