Huitai Medical announced that its shareholders, Shenzhen Mindray Technology Holding and its concerted action person Zhuhai Tongsheng Investment, increased their holdings by 2.1647 million shares through block trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.54% of the total share capital. After the equity change, the total number of shares held by Shenzhen Mindray Technology Holding and its concerted action person increased from 35.2534 million shares to 37.4182 million shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 25.00% to 26.54%. This increase in holdings is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and will not result in any changes to the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
