Rectify the phenomenon of "blackmouth" in enterprise-related online content: the National Cyberspace Administration of China publicly exposes the second batch of typical cases.
Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China has focused on the prominent issue of disrupting the business network environment, and has continued to carry out the special action of "Clear and Optimize the Business Network Environment - Rectify Enterprise-related 'Black Mouths'", urging website platforms to strengthen the management of enterprise-related information content, and to dispose of a number of enterprise-related illegal and irregular accounts in accordance with the law and regulations. The second batch of typical cases are reported as follows:
1. Accounts such as "Communication Circle" pressuring companies into "business cooperation" for illegal profits. Accounts such as WeChat public account "Communication Circle," and platform accounts on Douyin, Weibo, and WeChat like "quan yexingjia" and "meiwenhua," have long been collecting and posting negative information related to enterprises. They have been requesting high fees from companies under the names of "tea money" and "business cooperation", and have been continuing to post false information to threaten companies to renew contracts before they expire. The accounts involved have been closed in accordance with the law and regulations, and the account holders have been blacklisted by the platforms.
2. Accounts such as "International Investment Bank Research Reports" distorting and misinterpreting public information related to enterprises, defaming corporate image and reputation. WeChat public accounts like "International Investment Bank Research Reports" and "IPO Super Intelligence Bureau," as well as accounts on Baijiahao like "bowang caijing," have been maliciously collecting and spreading negative information on listed and pre-IPO companies in order to attract traffic. They have been publishing false information such as "doubts about performance authenticity" and "sudden drop in revenue," misinterpreting financial statements of enterprises, and intentionally undermining the business conditions of these companies. The accounts involved have been banned from posting in accordance with the law and regulations.
3. Accounts such as "Gushou deboli" fabricating false information to maliciously defame the reputation of financial institutions. WeChat public accounts like "Gushou deboli" and "chaopiao bushuijiao," as well as accounts on platforms like Jinri Toutiao, Baidu, and Weibo such as "chief business intelligence" and "jiuhao caijing," have been long-term publishing false information such as "financial disaster for banks" and "massive delays in product payments" in a sensationalist manner, disturbing the normal operations of enterprises and affecting the stability of the financial market. The accounts involved have been closed or banned from posting in accordance with the law and regulations.
4. Accounts such as "Da zui boshi" publishing evaluative information for hype, affecting market competition order. Platform accounts such as "Da zui boshi" on platforms like Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and Bilibili, have a business relationship with a certain beauty product company. These accounts have repeatedly posted evaluative information that lacks legal validity regarding products of competitors in the same industry, misleading consumers and disrupting the normal market order. The accounts involved have been banned from posting in accordance with the law and regulations.
