Smart Finance App News, Huayou Cobalt (603799.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 25% of the equity (equivalent to 13.1138 million shares) of its affiliated company LG-HY BCM, Co., Ltd. (referred to as "BCM Company") to TOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION (referred to as "Toyota Tsusho"). The transaction amount for this deal is 121 million US dollars (approximately 861 million RMB). If the transaction is completed as planned, it is expected to generate an investment income of approximately 473 million RMB. The company's equity stake in BCM Company will change from 49% to 24%.
