SAIC Group and other investors have jointly established two auto sales and service companies.

According to the Business Check App, recently, Shanghai Anji Shangle Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Anji Ruichuang Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd. were established with registered capital of 19 million yuan and 30 million yuan respectively. Their business scopes include: automobile sales; new energy vehicle sales; battery sales; centralized fast charging stations, etc. Equity penetration displayed by Business Check shows that both companies are jointly held by Shanghai Automotive Industry Sales Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited.
