Recently, Lianhong New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Lianhong Group, that some of its shares have been released from pledge and pledged. On September 5, 2025, Lianhong Group released 67,950,000 shares, accounting for 10.43% of its shareholding and 5.09% of the company's total share capital; on September 4, 46,200,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 7.09% of its shareholding and 3.46% of the company's total share capital, with the purpose of the pledge being for capital needs. As of the disclosure date of September 9th, Lianhong Group has pledged a total of 171,400,000 shares, accounting for 26.31% of its shareholding and 12.83% of the company's total share capital.
