Among them, the "Global Electricity Development Transformation Report 2025" shows that global electricity development exhibits four major trends: electrification of energy consumption, clean electricity production, wide-area electricity distribution, and digitalization of system operations. In 2024, global electricity consumption increased by about 4%, surpassing the growth rate of energy consumption. The share of clean energy installed capacity exceeded 50%, and the share of electricity generation exceeded 40%. The clean transformation has entered a critical period, with steady progress in grid construction, with a total length of 80 million kilometers.
