According to the news released by "Shenyang News", recently, with the approval of the Liaoning Provincial Government, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance and the Department of Education jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Gradually Implementing Free Pre-School Education in Liaoning Province". According to the requirements of the plan, Liaoning Province will gradually implement free pre-school education starting from the autumn semester of 2025, promoting the universal, inclusive, safe, and high-quality development of pre-school education.
