On September 9th, according to news from the Bank of China, the Bank of China recently issued a notice jointly with the National Intellectual Property Administration on "Conducting Special Activities for Intellectual Property Financial Services to Support the High-Quality Development of Private Enterprises." The special activity called "Zhi Hui Xing" will start from August 2025 to July 2026. The Bank of China will provide a special quota of 10 billion yuan for this activity. Among them, 5 billion yuan will be specifically allocated to the comprehensive pilot areas of intellectual property finance, including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, Shenzhen, and Ningbo, to support intellectual property pledge financing, benefiting at least 1000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the private economy sector.
